1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Special Pie Technology Ltd (广东极限派科技有限公司), registered at 广东省东莞市松山湖园区南山路3号5栋3单元, China. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter this agreement. ShotTrack is not directed to children. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.
2. The service
ShotTrack provides tools to analyze selected videos on your device, record timer-assisted sessions, review shot timestamps and splits, maintain cloud-backed training metadata, compare sessions, and create exports that you choose to save or share.
Features may vary by device, operating system, supported timer hardware, account status, region, and release version. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the service.
Not a safety systemShotTrack is a training aid, not a safety system, range-control system, shot-counting authority, or substitute for qualified supervision and safe firearm handling.
3. Accounts and acceptable conduct
Account responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep your contact details current.
- Protect your password, device, verification codes, and account sessions.
- Do not share credentials or allow unauthorized use of your account.
- Notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
- Do not violate laws, range rules, third-party rights, or platform policies.
- Do not upload or share illegal, dangerous, infringing, invasive, or deceptive content.
- Do not probe, attack, overload, reverse-engineer for abuse, scrape, or bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
- Do not use the service to develop, facilitate, or promote unlawful violence or unsafe activity.
- Do not misrepresent detection results, professional affiliations, or the origin of shared content.
Always follow applicable firearm laws, range commands, and safe-handling procedures, even when using timers, analysis, or other App features.
4. Analysis, hardware, and exports
Analysis limitations
Shot detection, timing, ratings, comparisons, and other generated results may contain errors, omissions, latency, duplicates, or device-specific behavior. Review important results and use your own judgment. We do not guarantee that every shot or bee will be detected or that results will match a dedicated timer or human measurement.
Hardware compatibility
ShotTrack currently supports the SP M1A2 Timer using the M1A2+ protocol. BLE and camera behavior depends on the device, operating system, permissions, timer firmware, and environment. Compatibility with other timer models or untested firmware is not implied.
Your responsibilities for exports
You are responsible for reviewing a video, image, link, or other export before saving or sharing it. Exported content may include shooter names, national flags, event details, timing data, QR codes, or other information visible in the source.
5. Your content and service content
Your content
You retain the rights you hold in your videos, shooter information, session metadata, and other content. You represent that you have the necessary permission to record, analyze, export, and share that content, including permission from identifiable people and venues where required.
You grant the operator only the permissions needed to provide the service, including storing cloud-backed metadata and processing content that you deliberately submit to a support or sharing channel. ShotTrack does not require you to upload private training videos to Supabase.
Service and Pro content
The App design, software, branding, and operator-provided Pro content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for content made available under a separate license, you may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative commercial products from service content without permission.
Third-party and open-source components
Some components are governed by separate open-source or commercial terms. Those terms are described in Third-party software and technology and, where applicable, take precedence for the relevant component.
6. Third-party services and external sharing
ShotTrack relies on providers such as Supabase, Google Sign-In, Resend, platform media services, and Alibaba Cloud OSS website hosting. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply to your use of those providers.
If you choose to open Facebook or another external destination and submit content, that third party receives and processes the content under its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party availability, moderation, retention, or subsequent use.
Links to external websites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement or control over their content.
7. Third-party software and technology
ShotTrack may use third-party software, open-source components, fonts, public-domain code, and related technology under their applicable licenses. The copyright and license terms for those components remain applicable. Required notices and license texts are provided in this section and its linked local documents; they do not transfer ShotTrack's own branding or proprietary content to an open-source license.

7.2 Direct Dart/Flutter packages
The table covers direct dependencies identified in the reviewed project, not every transitive or native component. License names are based on the bundled notices reviewed for this draft.

Direct development-only packages are not intended to define the shipped runtime feature set. Final release dependency review must still include the actual build outputs and native package graphs.
7.3 FFmpeg, media components, and WebRTC VAD
The reviewed project uses ffmpeg_kit_flutter_new_full 2.5.7. Its plugin license is LGPL-3.0. The package documentation describes the Full variant as including supported libraries except the separately GPL-licensed codecs.
LGPL obligations may include notices, corresponding-source/relink material, and preservation of modification/reverse-engineering rights for the relevant library. The exact compliance package depends on the linked native binaries and distribution method. Do not treat a license hyperlink as proof that those obligations have been completed.
The Full variant enables multiple media libraries, including codec, font, subtitle, TLS, and processing components. Their native notices must be collected from the actual release artifacts and upstream packages.
The reviewed Dart source identifies a bit-exact port of WebRTC VAD 16 kHz code and model tables, with BSD attribution to the WebRTC project authors. Read the WebRTC attribution and license text, including the ported source-file list.
7.4 Fonts
The website and App use local font assets rather than third-party web-font requests: Inter by the Inter Project Authors and JetBrains Mono by the JetBrains Mono Project Authors, both under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.
Read the font copyright notices and SIL Open Font License 1.1. A copy is also included with the font assets.
7.5 Native and transitive dependency notices
Additional audit required before productionThis direct-package inventory does not claim to include every native and transitive dependency notices file. Flutter/Dart transitive packages, Android Gradle modules, iOS/CocoaPods or Swift packages, native FFmpeg libraries, platform codecs, and release-generated notices must be reviewed against the final build.
Before removing the draft status, the release owner should generate the final Android/iOS dependency reports, compare them to this section, add missing copyright and license texts, and verify that license texts are available in or with the distributed application where required.
7.6 External services are separate
Supabase, Google Sign-In, Resend, Facebook, Alibaba Cloud OSS, app stores, and device/platform services have their own service terms, privacy policies, quotas, and commercial conditions. Their use is not authorized merely because an unrelated client library is MIT or BSD licensed. See the processor and sharing summary for data flows.
8. Free service, availability, and disclaimers
Current offering
ShotTrack is currently free and includes no paid subscriptions, one-time in-app purchases, or other paid features. If a future version introduces paid functionality, these terms and the purchase disclosures will be updated before that functionality is offered.
Availability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free detection, preservation of every local file, or compatibility with every device and timer.
Warranties
To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties and conditions are disclaimed. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Termination and general terms
Termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion as described in the Support Center account and data section. We may restrict or terminate access for security, abuse, legal compliance, or material breach.
Account deletion does not retract content already exported or shared with third parties, and some records may be retained where legally required.
Changes
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and effective date. Material changes may require additional notice or consent.
General
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement where restricted by law; any operator assignment should comply with applicable notice and consumer requirements.
